I would also like to recommend the LinkedIn site (www.linkedin.com). It has a number of resources, but is also a great way to "manage" your network. The folks at Career Horizons offer an online class in using LinkedIn that is really quite good (I took it, even though I had been using LinkedIn for a while and still learned a few new tricks). -Don
